We are looking for a mid-level all-source analyst with a minimum of five years experience which includes at least two years of PAI/OSINT experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational PAI support and assist project researchers with the testing, validation, and implementation of advanced algorithms for analyzing and fusing multiple sources of data.

• Document the efficiency of PAI data fused into USSTRATCOM's existing analytical workflow.

• Assist with data validation by comparing project data to historical deployment data collected by branch tool suite.

• Support the USSTRATCOM Find, Fix, and Track mission by providing relevant project data to ingest into applicable databases.

• Support USSTRATCOM intelligence processes critical to near term, mid-term, and long-term efforts for the Command, components, and other DoD organizations.

• Assist with testing of methods developed to fuse PAI into USSTRATCOM’s analytical workflow and enhance the ‘find, fix, and track mission’.

• Familiarity with social media exploitation and the use of related OSINT tools to assist the government in developing and maintaining a list of persons of interest relevant to USSTRATCOM’s mission.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance

• Demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience performing social media exploitation work and using OSINT tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least five years of demonstrated relevant experience preparing, integrating, briefing and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues.

• At least five years of demonstrated relevant experience maintaining Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis for briefings, papers, and presentations.
