We are currently seeking cleared junior to mid-level Industrial Engineers for long-term positions supporting the Navy customer. These positions will operate 3 days onsite at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC and 2 days remote each week.

Clearance: Active Secret Required

In this role, you will:

• Gain exposure to a variety of Federal clients, leveraging your IE skillset to identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives tailored towards the unique needs of each Program Office
• Develop and track KPIs, briefing senior leadership on findings
• Utilize data visualization toolsets
• Work in a collaborative professional environment, partnering with colleagues to jointly tackle evolving client needs 

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Engineering
• Active Secret level security clearance or openness to being sponsored for one. 
• Experience with any of the following is a plus! : AutoCAD, DOORS, CAMEO
