We are looking for a Program Analyst (EUCOM) with experience in EUCOM to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Shift work required; midnight to noon; 14-day cycle, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off, 2 days on 2 days off
Primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics
Be readily available to shift focus to fulfill emerging client requests.
Attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving
Ability to brief and engage Senior Executives and Senior Military Officers on requirements and mission updates
Use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree and/or 6+ years of experience with the military or IC
Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly;
3+ years of experience with working with DoD
Experience in engaging/interacting with Senior Executive Service (SES) and Senior Military Officers
Experience with developing strategic communications plans
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the DOD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
Knowledge of European/Eurasian culture, military, religion, foreign policy, or politics
Ability to provide shift work support
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on a Military operations/planning staff
Experience as a SharePoint administrator
Experience with balancing competing requirements
Knowledge of CENTCOM AOR and COLISEUM
Possession of excellent written communication skills
Someone who is willing to learn, eager and flexible
