We are looking to hire a Sr. Knowledge Manager to support CYBERCOM
Primarily responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensure that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics.
Able to define and fulfill emerging client requests.
Use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.
Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
Min of 5 years of experience related to specific labor category w/at least a portion of the experience w/in last 2 years.
Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date.
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication skills, problem solving skills.
Performs administrative SharePoint duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries; troubleshooting of technical issues with SharePoint users; and ensuring proper access controls are utilized for operational security management.
SharePoint and web development shall be in support of, but not limited to, the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint).
