Job Description:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of development leads, developers, and test automation engineers to grow high-performance teams.

• Oversight and development of high-quality products coordinating development activities across product agile teams.

• Establish best practices, guidelines/standards, tools, frameworks, and processes for development efforts.

• Establish long-term vision, and create and maintain implementation roadmaps.

• Coordinate planning, defining, and estimating scope of work.

• Coordinate with the solution architects for solutioning and product design.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Hands-on involvement in the design, development, and enhancement of products.

• Provide technical direction and mentorship in all aspects of technical delivery.

Required:

• 15 years of enterprise application development experience

• Extensive hands-on experience in software development, integration, systems integration, software release management, and operations.

• DevOps/DevSecOps practices

• Agile 

• Modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Node.js, ES6, React)

• API development

• Serverless, Microservices

• AWS

• Green Card, Permanent Resident or US Citizen

• Ability to obtain a Federal Government Public Trust clearance
