We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a global golf technology company that designs and builds some of the most advanced golf simulator systems in the world.
In this role, you’ll partner with the U.S. product team in Chantilly, VA and the engineering group in Korea to help shape, enhance, and optimize the software that powers an industry-leading simulation experience. This position blends data analysis, product documentation, and cross-team collaboration—ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into actionable technical requirements and improving innovative products.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders and internal teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and customer-facing tools (including web and simulator applications).
Work closely with the Product Director and engineering teams to support ongoing product development and ensure alignment between U.S. and Korea-based operations.
Conduct data analysis using SQL and BI tools to generate insights, identify trends, and support product decisions.
Write clear, detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet quality and business requirements.
Serve as a backup to the Product Manager, providing product guidance and documentation support as needed.
Monitor and improve product performance, resolving issues or blockers that arise during the product lifecycle.
Research competitor capabilities to help guide future enhancements and maintain market leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in gaming, technology, or consulting.
Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements for multi-layered systems or applications.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and BI tools for data interpretation and reporting.
Experience working with or exposure to NX, GDR, GSM, or web-based applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
Fluency in Korean and English is required, as this role interfaces daily with the engineering team in Korea.
Familiarity with golf or golf technology is preferred to better understand end-user needs and product functionality.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
In-office: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (hands-on simulator collaboration and team meetings)
Remote: Tuesday and Thursday
Base salary: $80,000 annually
