Role Description:
o    Provides subject matter expertise in project management and project scheduling.
o    Tasks may include performing: integration of all program activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain a program level IMS, providing subject matter expertise and reporting in scheduling, critical path analysis, and program coordination, and support and mentor government and contractor employees in the development and maintenance of program IMP and IMS, and develop briefings on specific IMS and IMP processes, providing what-if analysis using standard schedule analysis methodologies and potential courses of actions with forecasts and risks assessments due to program changes or external influence showing an impact to critical path, performing analysis on business and IT contractor IMS submissions to ensure compliance with program and contractual requirements. 
o    Excellence in oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and client ready documentation). A writing sample will be a requirement of the interview process.  
o    Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications and represent ERPi at client progress meetings and briefings. 
o    Prepare progress reports and client briefings.
o    Prepare quality client deliverables.
o    Excellent teamwork.
o    Help to plan and execute program within client governance structure.
o    Support client growth initiatives by identifying additional opportunities and scoping/responding to follow-on tasks.

Required Skills and Experiences:
o    BA/BS Degree
o    Project Management Professional or Associate certification
o    A minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling.
o    Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
o    Experience in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera scheduling software.
o    Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions.
o    Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Additional Skills Desired
o    Federal consulting experience
o    Health care consulting experience

Education and Certifications Requirements
o    Bachelor’s degree
o    Master’s degree desirable
