Role Description:
  • Provides subject matter expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
  • Tasks may include performing: training analysis and planning, adult learning models, curriculum design, training content development across different modes of delivery, and assistance with delivery of training events to Community Care through different modes of delivery (i.e., online, face-to-face and blended), and training measurement.
  • Excellence in oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and client ready documentation). A writing sample will be a requirement of the interview process. 
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications and represent ERPi at client progress meetings and briefings.
  • Prepare progress reports and client briefings.
  • Prepare quality client deliverables.
  • Excellent teamwork.
  • Help to plan and execute program within client governance structure.
  • Support client growth initiatives by identifying additional opportunities and scoping/responding to follow-on tasks.
Required Skills and Experiences:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and instructional design.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience evaluating adult education programs.
  • Experience in instructional design systems and software.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Education and Certifications Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree desirable
