Cyber Security / IA / Systems Engineering - multiple roles

One of our clients is looking for experienced cyber security professionals with a govt clearance.
This is a new 4 year program and the client is the Prime.
These are Information Assurance (IA), Cybersecurity and Systems Engineering roles in support of Department of Defense (DoD) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) in El Segundo, CA
There are multiple (20+) roles ranging from mid level to senior so I encourage you to send in your resume.

1) IA/Cybersecurity (mid level):
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 2+ years of work experience in System Engineering Architecture/Design
  • 2 years of work experience in Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered for this position.

Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in IA/Cybersecurity
  • 5+ years of work experience in System Engineering Architecture/Design
  • DoD Space program experience
  • RMF or DIACAP Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
  • NIST 800-53 and CNSSI 1253 RMF Analysis and Accreditation
  • Network Engineering
  • Communications Systems
  • Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E)
  • End Cryptographic Unit (ECU) design experience
  • Security certification (CISSP or SANS)
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with emphasis in IA/Cybersecurity
  • Security certification (CISSP, SANS, or CEH)
 
2) The Cybersecurity System Security Engineer -(Sr)
Provide technical/management leadership on cyber related activities associated with the GPS Program at the enterprise level. Establishes goals and plans that meet Integrated Program Team (IPT) objectives. Experience in the commercial industry with penetration testing or cyber risk management/analysis experience a plus, technical expert in the application of cybersecurity policy at the enterprise level required.
Performance shall include:
  • Determines enterprise information assurance and security standards.
  • Develops and implements information assurance/security standards and procedures.
  • Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Recommends information assurance/security solutions to support customers’ requirements.
  • Assists the customer in satisfying information assurance/cybersecurity requirements based upon the analysis of policy, regulations, user requirements and resource demands.
  • Applies cybersecurity risk management knowledge and expertise of government and commercial best practices to government systems.
  • Performs cybersecurity risk analysis of design requirements, contract language and provides recommendations for the development of security features for ground and space systems within the GPS architectures.
  • Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
  • Develops and documents cybersecurity framework processes to improve the GPS Enterprise Cybersecurity program.
  • Supports the GPS Enterprise Cyber IPT administration with meeting agenda, briefings, distribution and minutes (j) Develops Responsibility, Authority and Accountability matrices to support management of cybersecurity risk reduction activities
  • Develops short and long-term goals, key activities and metrics to improve leadership communication and awareness of Cybersecurity activities for the enterprise.
  • Works with the SE&I contractor to manage the GP Enterprise Cybersecurity Roadmap and Work Plan, Cyber Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), GPS Cyber Risk Management Plan, Cyber Risk Assessment Schedule and relevant Cyber Metrics.
  • Supports GPS Enterprise Cyber Risk Assessments with planning activities, technical assessments and administrative tasks.
Experience:
  • 8 - 10 years relevant cybersecurity experience
Certifications:
  • Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 3 and Information Assurance Manager Level 3. CISSP Recommended
Desired:
  • Prior Air Force Space Systems (SMC/AFSPC) acquisition, development, sustainment experience preferably within the security requirements domain
  • Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • IASAE III (CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Cybersecurity Management/Engineering a plus
3) Enterprise Systems Engineers 
for full-time positions supporting systems engineering and integration efforts at the Remote Sensing Systems Directorate, Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC/RS), at Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) in El Segundo, CA. This work is at a location in El Segundo, CA. This position will support the Enterprise Management Team in support of system acquisition, development, production, and sustainment for the OPIR and EM Enterprise programs in support of the Space and Missile Systems Center Remote Sensing Directorate (SMC/RS).

Key Responsibilities
  •  Support development of system engineering artifacts including, VCRM, Requirements traceability and flow down, verification and validation; requirements sell-off, test, test planning, test procedures, test plan, SEP, TEMP
  •  Draft and review program system specifications and interface requirements, manage the enterprise and program technical requirements, ensure traceability of requirements to program system specifications and interface requirements
  •  Support the development of acquisition-related briefs, plans, papers, and other documentation in support of SMC/RS decision makers.
  •  Collaborate with prime contractors, other team contractors, government civilians, and members of the U.S. Air Force.
  •  Demonstrate ability to operate independently and take the initiative to identify, own and solve customer problems; thrives in a team environment.
Desired
  •  Experience with SMC, USAF, and DoD acquisition and Systems Engineering processes
  •  Thorough knowledge of hardware and software development lifecycles and CDRL development process.    
  •  Experience with databases and Sharepoint
