Job Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshooting support to a user community employing computer systems and networks. Diagnoses problems and provides applicable remedies. The IT Technician is responsible for logistics of IT equipment. Responsible for ensuring equipment is moved to correct locations. Customer Service & Technical Support is responsible for providing expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to handle IT equipment. Provide assistance, configuration, adjustment and logistics of IT hardware. Provide direct support for all hardware moves, and changes for the secure local area networks (workstations, servers and supporting infrastructure). Maintain inventory records for all hardware/software.

Qualifications:

Education:
(Senior) Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
(Mid) Associates Degree in related discipline
(Junior) High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Years of Experience:
(Senior) 8+ years of related experience in a helpdesk environment
(Mid) 4+ years of related experience
(Junior) 0-4 years of applicable experience
