Seeking a talented Mid-Level Security Adjudicative Analyst in Metro Washington DC location. Your success in this position will rely on your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks will help you manage the logistics of accomplishing varied responsibilities. With your superb customer service and excellent communication skills you can take on any challenge and when a decision is made to change directions you are flexible to adapt quickly while maintaining motivation, composure and professionalism. The ideal candidate must possess experience with the background screening investigation process.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides high-level administrative support by maintaining files, record keeping, compiling project reports and responding to customer requests in a timely matter.
  • Handles office correspondence and directs requests to appropriate office.
  • Prepares and distributes documentation.
  • Verifies, passes and receives clearances and accesses.
  • Provides assistance to other areas as needed.
  • Ensures that sensitive investigative data is handled and controlled in a secure fashion to protect the interest of the Client and safeguard the rights of the individual.
  • Converts all documentation to electronic files.
  • Updates and administer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Validates and ensures that submitted documents meet acceptability criteria and/or takes appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.
  • Creates training materials.
  • Trains and develops the capabilities of less experienced team members.
  • Data entry as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Proficient in Office Suite
  • Knowledge and ability to use standard office equipment
  • Must possess great writing skills
  • Knowledgeable in federal rules and regulations related to the clearance process
