Acquisition Management Information Architect (Alexandria, VA)
We are seeking an Acquisition Management Information Architect to provide operational improvement and consulting services to a federal client in the Washington Metropolitan area. The Candidate should have experience with successful oversight and support to the development and deployment of technology solutions and the ability to identify, document information flows and relationships within a complex program management office. Having experience within a government environment, understanding of DoD FIP/FIAR frameworks and requirements and an understanding of resource management processes would be ideal. The candidate should have the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly and be able to facilitate the completion of multiple tasks and assignments.
Candidates should have the following performance standards:
· Conceptualizing and influencing application and interface projects in an Agile environment
· Mapping the systems, interfaces, and flows of data
· Identifying current state and future state architectures, projects needed to close the gap between them, and setting standards for information management.
· Defining the information blueprint (lifecycle, governance and workflow)
· Modeling and maintaining the enterprise data models and extending those models to the functional architecture
· Coordinating the information and data integration of systems and workflows
· Client Relationship Management
· Working with teams to prove feasibility of proposed solutions
· Navy Financial Management system integration
Basic Qualifications:
· Secret
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 10+ years of experience
· Program Management classes or PMP certification (desirable)
· DAWIA coursework (desirable)
· Experience with STARS-FL, STARS-HQ, SABRS and/or Navy ERP
· Navy FIP/FIAR experience
