- Provide program and project schedule management to NSWCPD Machinery Systems Shipboard Support, Code 253.
- Provide an IMS Supporting request for various ship change docs and repair activities requiring OSIC/OSR services. (This will include procedures, documentation, and products for planning, developing, managing, executing and controlling an IMS for C/253.)
- Development of a detailed IMS utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 analyzing requirements from stakeholder request for various SCDs and repair activities requiring OSIC/OSR services.
- Document deviations in the IMS, identifying causes resulting in variances on the schedule and staffing plans, and provide monthly briefings to C/253 mgmt staff. (Briefings shall include status of any significant findings during the execution of all task including inability to obtain req'd date to completely integrate and develop IMS, issues causing the projected schedule to slip more than 3%, and inabilities to adequately staff taskings.)
- Maintain configuration control of IMS throughout the PoP and train/mentor C/253 management staff for IMS utilization.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance or Higher.
- 5 years + of related experience.
- Located on East Coast, able to travel to Philly 2 or 3 times a year.
- Completed Bachelors a plus!
