ServiceNow Project Manager (TS/SCI clearance required)

Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency. Since SDA’s standup just 3 years ago, it has become known as the Department of Defense’s “constructive disruptor”. SDA is achieving space acquisitions at a pace never seen within the government. SDA’s Enterprise Operations (EO) cell leads these efforts by supporting the SDA mission.

We are looking to fill a position where the candidate will be responsible for Enterprise software-related efforts, to include the development and implementation of new solutions, and the tracking and ownership of existing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead for SDA’s Service Now efforts, ensuring the service is stood up and managed appropriately.
Develop and implement SDA’s Service now program, to include developing plans, training, and guidance on Service Now capabilities.
Work with EO’s business manager to gather requirements from other SDA activities to design software or work-flows.
Create a program for overall service now management, including identifying what SDA’s users can do within their Cells and what must come to EO for execution.
Lead on all new Service Now capabilities for SDA.
Work with EO staff as needed to develop other tools on SharePoint, Atlassian software, or other applications. Manage SDA’s SharePoint page and structure.
Work with SDA’s Property Manager to track all SDA-owned/installed software. Assist EO on other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

BA or BS or Technical Certs
Minimum of 10 years’ experience is required
Service Now software development
SharePoint development
Strong program management experience.
TS/SCI clearance
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills
