Counterintelligence Screener (TS/SCI CI Polygraph required)

We are currently seeking a TS/SCI CI Polygraph cleared Counterintelligence Screener to join our team at Fort Meade, MD, supporting the Security Vetting Office (SVO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analysis, and document production for dissemination across various sectors within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with DoD, Federal Government Agencies, and Allied Forces to fulfill crucial mission requirements.
  • Generate intelligence content for databases and products, leveraging expertise in the intelligence cycle and analytical processes.
  • Craft specialized assessments, intelligence reports, briefs, alerts, threat assessments, and other intelligence-related materials.
  • Tackle diverse problems, evaluating various factors while analyzing data.
  • Develop and adapt operational procedures to meet evolving requirements, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to counterintelligence analysts on high-risk determinations and oversee high-risk assessments while offering operational direction.
  • Design and deliver training on systems and procedures integral to personnel security and vetting operations, aligning with government-established training standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in intelligence/counterintelligence analysis
  • Proficiency in accessing and utilizing common intelligence community networks (e.g., JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet), as well as analogous FBI networks, for information exchange.
  • Ability to draft specialized assessments, intelligence reports, briefs, alerts, and other intelligence products.
  • Familiarity with handling classified information within secure facilities, adhering to classified handling protocols.
  • Proficient in organizing research findings, conducting analysis, and composing clear and concise descriptive products.
  • Strong understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis.
  • Competency in using sophisticated search engines employing focused research techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
  • Support in generating documentation for designated programs.
  • Creation of graphics and presentations as necessary.
  • Offer recommendations on assessments to senior leaders and colleagues.
  • Sound understanding of intelligence findings adjudication and mitigation techniques.
  • Possess strong skills in conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational abilities, research, and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Exhibit critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently.
  • Capability to interact effectively with diverse groups and facilitate consensus across stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with intelligence products from DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT.
