Space Planner (TS/SCI Clearance required)

As a Space Exercise Planner, you will play a vital role in building notional real-world scenarios for military exercises in the INDOPACOM AOR. Your expertise in space operations will be essential in supporting the USARPAC staff with space-related issues and initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of space operations to develop notional real-world scenarios for military exercises within the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Perform staff officer duties, providing comprehensive support to the USARPAC staff in various space-related areas.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with military operations supporting exercise planning, coordination, synchronization, execution, and after-action reporting
  • Previous experience as a space operations specialist, showcasing your understanding of space control, satellite communications, space-based ISR, and environmental monitoring.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and anticipate operational and strategic challenges, effectively communicating intricate options to senior decision-makers.
  • A mature understanding of military operations, exercise planning, coordination, synchronization, execution, and after-action reporting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold an active TS/SCI Clearance and have successfully completed a Pre-Employment Background Investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Military experience developing Concepts of Operation (CONOP), Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE), and Space Survey Analysis for Special Technical Operations (STO).
  • Familiarity with Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF) and Multi-Domain Effects Battalion (MDEB).
  • Strong ability to dynamically present concepts and ideas to clients and industry partners.
  • An advanced educational degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
