We are hiring a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer with the following qualifications:

• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Have at least five years of experience developing end to end technology
solutions in support of technical operations for clandestine activities
• Be able to travel
• Provide embedded engineering support for rapid development of hardware
and software in response to dynamic mission requirements
• Develop custom firmware for microprocessors to interact with various
sensors
• Design and produce custom electronic circuits to address operational
capability gaps
• Perform hardware integration of electronic components
• Provide technical support in the planning and execution of rapid
development projects including feasibility, development risk, costing, material sourcing,
and projected O&M requirements.
• Design, layout, and prototype Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in Altium
Designer
• Produce prototype PCB hardware using Mitz milling machine.
Populate PCB’s using Surface Mount Devices (SMD’s)
• Design mechanical enclosures, fixtures, and mounts using Solidworks for
manufacture using Fused Deposition Modeling (FMD) technologies
• Provide training to DoD personnel, as required and not limited to the areas of
SMT soldering, cable termination, micro-controller programming
• Produce and provide supporting documentation, including user manuals and
all design files related to rapid development projects
